A third generation Angeleno raised in the entertainment industry, Kaitlyn has a rich love and insider knowledge of Los Angeles. Having attended John Thomas Dye and Marlborough schools, Kaitlyn and her family have deep roots within the local community.

Kaitlyn’s passion for real estate and property management sprang from a lifelong appreciation of this city’s beautiful, architecturally significant homes; the timelessness of Old Hollywood greats like Paul Williams, Wallace Neff, Cliff May, and Gerard Colcord (the architect of her childhood home).

Starting with a Beverly Hills based UHNW real estate mogul, Kaitlyn was exposed to some of the finest estates in the US. She gained a rich understanding of modern luxury and more importantly how to exceed the expectations of the most discerning clientele.

Over the years she has worked for a variety of other local UHNW families with multiple properties both in LA and across the country. Kaitlyn has spent the last 7 years as a Real Estate Advisor at a leading luxury Beverly Hills brokerage.

He is consistently named among the top 10 agents in Los Angeles and has been listed in the RealTrends + The Thousand’s list of America's Top 1.5% real estate agents, as featured in The Wall Street Journal. He is also the president of his local Business Networking International chapter and is a member of Rotary International and the Porsche Club of America.

Allen is known for his calm, cool, and collected demeanor. He has a deep understanding of the Beverly Hills market and is passionate about architecture, art, and design. He is also a skilled negotiator and marketing strategist.
